Windows 11 Update and .NET Framework and W11 Cumulative Update failures

My PC can't install any updates anymore, it hasn't ever been able to install .NET Framework updates in the past and I've always gotten "Undoing changes to your computer" on the update screen.
I have tried using Tweaking.com's all in one windows repair to try to repair any windows update problems to no avail.
I have tried repairing it using a windows 11 installation iso from microsoft's website
For errors ive gotten,
i've gotten the classic 0x800f0922
0xC1900101
0x80071AB1
(the past things ive tried i cant remember currently so apologies if I'm forgetting any other steps I've taken)
