Windows 11 Enterprise corrupt installation (+ Windows Update errors)

Hello all,

I have a corrupted Windows 11 21H2 220000.739 installation with the following symptoms:
- Windows Update fails for several packages (e.g. KB5022287 - 0x80248007, KB5019274 - 0x80070002)
- "Turn Windows features on or off" screen (in Control Panel\Programs and Features) is blank (no entries inside)
- Cannot install the same Windows 11 21H2 220000.739 using iso file (with keep applications and files option), nor the latest Windows 11 22H2 from Media Creation Tool - getting error The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during REPLICATE_OC operation.

I've tried reparing the installation using "sfc /scannow", "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" or "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth /source:wim:E:\sources\install.wim:3 /limitaccess" (3 because Windows 11 Enterprise has index 3 in the used iso image of Windows 11 21H2 220000.739), but no luck.

Last option would be to completely wipe and reinstall from scratch, which I prefer not to do...

In "CBS.log" I have 1437 CBS Manifest Corruption entries. I've attached the full CBS.log and latest CbsPersist*.log

If anybody has any advice or option to restore missing packages in order to fix the current installation, it would be greatly appreciated.
