Windows 11, 22h2 update : 2024-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034765) keeps failing after OS reboots the update roll-back.

CBS.log always show the following :

2024-03-10 14:30:18, Error [0x018068] CSI 00000e37 (F) Failed execution of queue item Installer: Upgrade Installer ({b059178f-5746-4547-aa0a-d0f4522a50dd}) with HRESULT HRESULT_FROM_WIN32(1305). Failure will not be ignored: A rollback will be initiated after all the operations in the installer queue are completed; installer is reliable[gle=0x80004005]

I tried a full run today :
sfc /scannow
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
rebooted tried to install KB5034765 and error on the restart.

Regards.

After a bit more investigating my error was related to WinRE. I disabled it (reagentc /disable ) reboot, ran the update failed, then I saw this thread : Update KB5034204 lässt sich nicht installieren 0x800f0922 - Deskmodder.de,

As per thread found I had this folder C:\$WinREAgent ( deleted it,) then the the update worked, I am now patched !
