We don't know if a PC, notebook, factory made, home-built. If factory built, I suggest visiting the manufacturer's website and make sure your chipset drivers are current. You might also check out the Intel Driver & Support Assistant.

Press Windows key + R, enter msinfo32 and press enter save it as msinfo32.nfo, in explorer go to the directory where it is saved, right click the msinfo32.nfo file, choose 'send to' or 'copy to', choose 'compressed (zipped) folder', upload the zip file.

When I 1) Disable Active State Power Management (ASPM) in PCI Express Power Management Settings in Power Options or 2) Disable ASPM In BIOS the error doesn't show. I am attaching the msinfo32.zip file. It is a home-built PC with the latest chipset drivers installed. Attachments msinfo32.zip 133.4 KB · Views: 2
