Hi,
My event manager (Windows 10 Pro 1909 18363.959) is flooded with corrected hardware errors 17. It is
"Intel(R) 100 Series/C230 Series Chipset Family PCI Express Root Port #11 - A11A" at
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A11A&SUBSYS_86941043&REV_F1\3&11583659&0&EA that is causing the problem.

Sadly, you told us nothing about the computer. We don't know if a PC, notebook, factory made, home-built.

If factory built, I suggest visiting the manufacturer's website and make sure your chipset drivers are current.

You might also check out the Intel Driver & Support Assistant.

Let's see if we can get more information.

Press Windows key + R, enter msinfo32 and press enter
  • save it as msinfo32.nfo,
  • in explorer go to the directory where it is saved,
  • right click the msinfo32.nfo file,
  • choose 'send to' or 'copy to',
  • choose 'compressed (zipped) folder',
  • upload the zip file.

Thanks for your reply guys. I spent few hours on this and found workaround. When I
1) Disable Active State Power Management (ASPM) in PCI Express Power Management Settings in Power Options or
2) Disable ASPM In BIOS
the error doesn't show.

I am attaching the msinfo32.zip file. It is a home-built PC with the latest chipset drivers installed.

It looks like this port isn't sharing with other hardware, good news as that means you only have to focus on the chipset and no other device like USB controller or GPU.
