I have no problems logigng on and off with this user. My user directory is not visible in the user folder although I can see my documents, download etc.. When I log on to another user I can see the directory. When I log off and resume under the original user, the folder isn't there. Any ideas on how to remedy this? Thanks

Hi Bufafloguy,

What version of Windows 10 are you using?

Sorry, I meant what build you're using.

If you don't know, open your menu and type winver, press enter and a window will show up like below
45362

Thanks, Windows 10 Professional (x64) (build 17134)

I should mention that when I put this PC together I used an application that transferred most of everything from the c drive of the old computer. I noticed this issue back then but since everything is working fine (with the exception of not being able to update to 1809) I have not done anything about it. I have a thread on this website trying to figure out the update problem.

Would it be alright with you if we wait in fixing this, because there might be a chance the update to 1809 may fix this.

Sure. I was wondering if this had something to do with my problems updating to 1809. I was just advised by the site to uninstall McAfee anti virus as the next step. Thanks
