I've been trying to upgrade to the latest release of Windows 10 because the version I'm on went out of support last month. Every time I try I get to about 30% before the upgrade gives up, reboots the computer, and rolls back.
I ran sfc /scannow - and it found no problems
I ran dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth - and it found no problems
I ran sfcfix (log below) - and it doesn't seem to have found any problems (though there is some zip generation failure listed)
I've also attached the CBS.zip file.
In addition to the above steps I've tried running the windows update repair via the built-in troubleshooter (it claimed to do something, but the upgrade fails the same way). I also ran the SetupDiag tool from Microsoft.
The error I get on rollback looks like this: https://puu.sh/ESgAB/180f70de66.png
