[SOLVED] Windows 10 update error : 0x800700c1

Hello ,

I have an issue with my computer . I can't update my windows , every time I tried to update I get the this error :0x800700c1

My pc runs windows 10 pro 22H2
OS build 19045.2965

I'm trying to update to version : 2025-5 windows 10 version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5058379)

and also i can't play games like Pubg because it requires .NET Framework 3.5 . and I can't update or download .NET Framework 3.5 because I got the same error :
2025-04 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 (kb5057056)
Status: Download error - 0x800700c1

I have tried many things (SFC, DISM)

I got this error when I'm trying to use SFC :

Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.

And this error with dism :

Error: 193
%1 is not a valid Win32 application.
Or
An error occurred while processing the command.
Ensure that the command-line arguments are valid. For more information, review the log file.

Well there is a new progress .
The dism command was working but eventually a new error came out ( Error: 0x800f081f )
