Windows 10 to Windows 11 without deleting data problem

Hi, I have a problem updating windows 10 to windows 11.
I have this error installing iso from windows with application behavior etc. 0x8007042b 0x4001e second_boot pre_oobe.
Tried doing dism.exe / online / Cleanup-Image / RestoreHealth but there is an error (error 4448)

I also used a script to bypass tpm etc from GitHub - AveYo/MediaCreationTool.bat: Universal MCT wrapper script for all Windows 10/11 versions from 1507 to 21H2! that's why there is a windows server installer instead of windows 10
