Hi dcdcids,
Unfortunately, I was unable to download readable copies of your ETL files. I was finally able to download the first one, however, the archive turned out to be corrupted and would not open. It also took about 30 minutes to finally download.
That said, I do have a couple of thoughts you may like to try.
Firstly, I assume you are using a wired mouse and not a wireless one? Assuming that to be the case;
Have you tried to plug the mouse into a different USB port?
What about if you plug it into another computer? Does the problem disappear when used on a different computer?
Secondly, I'd suggest checking Windows Device Manager for any hardware or driver problem indications. Delete the Mouse from the device manager and then restart windows. See if the situation improves. Windows will automatically reinstall the Mouse device when it loads back up.
I'd also suggest checking the Mouse settings in Windows 10 to see what's going on there.
Press your
Windows Key and type "
Mouse Settings" and hit
Enter.
Click on the
Additional mouse options link and then check the setting you have in the pointer options as shown below.
Also, what brand of mouse are you using?
Is it just a cheap generic one or a brand name one? If the latter, what's the brand and model number of your mouse?
Suggest you start there and let me know if anything helped.
Regards, Andrew
