windows 10 start button not working , search bar not accepting keyboard typing and settings not being accesible...

Hi guys, i got a real damned problem here...
my windows updated itself on 12/03/2022 and now my start button doesnt work anymore, the search bar besides it also doesnt accept keyboard typing anymore and if i try to access win+i or settings or updates menu, the windows ignores the command.

I tried to remove the last update, but windows dont let me... i am sending the pictures showing it...

I already try the usual sfc /scannow , it always finds problem ONCE, then after windows reset, he keeps finding the SAME problem, i already tried fixing it more than 10 times, without luck

i also used DISM on powershell with admin powers :
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:\Newfolder3\Windows10Pro\Windows10\sources\install.esd /limitaccess <-- this was trying using my local windows iso , no success in fixing all

also tried DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

i am sending the logs from the sfc /scannow and the dism attached, maybe in that way you guys can give me hope on this problem...

ps: also, after this problem occurred, even my python program that i used on cmd stopped working...

reg query "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion"
