I've done a lot of digging and found out this is related to some missing/corrupt packages. Seems there are almost 200. Really not sure how this happened. It just started to fail once this package attempted to install. I'm trying to avoid an in-place upgrade. Appreciate all of your help! sfc /scannow shows it did not find any integrity violations DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth fails with error code 0x800f081f Running SFCFix did not repair the issue.
