Hi everyone! My pc has Windows 10 PRO 1909. I need to enable Hyper-V and when I go to turn windows features on/off it is completely blank.
I looked up possible solutions and even though Windows Module Installer is running, it still doesn't work. I tried to re-install/upgrade windows using Media creation tool and Windows 10 update assistant but the pc crashes and it shows me the message: undoing changes to your pc followed by 0x8007001F-0x20006, The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during REPLICATE_OC operation.
I followed the instructions in this thread Windows Update Forum Posting Instructions and these are the CBS LOGS
Furthermore, Windows update has been broken for a long time. These are the 2 updates that fail to install:
2021-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB5003169) - Error 0x80070002
2021-09 Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) - Error 0x80070002
