Hi,
My Windows 10 (21H1 19043.1165) keeps currently refreshing the desktop every 30s or so. If I have e.g. file explorer open, it will get closed during this refresh process. Even log shows that I have corrupted files. Error checking does not fix the issue.
sfc /scannow will fail to fix the corrupted files
C:\WINDOWS\system32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.

And also these will fail
C:\WINDOWS\system32>DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.19041.844

Image Version: 10.0.19043.1165

[===========================56.6% ]
Error: 4448

WOF-ohjain havaitsi vahingoittumisen pakatun tiedoston resurssitaulukossa.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log

C:\WINDOWS\system32>DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Sfcfix crashes and is unable to help. I've attached CBS.log here in hopes of getting help with this issue.
