Frustrated !! Tried installing this update 10 times complete with working through all the many suggestions on the webs to fix this issue, with no success. I have a couple of other very similar PCs (Dell Optiplex 990) and they were able to update - 1 or 2 took a bit of arm wrestling but this one in particular no luck!
All other current updates are installed.

I'm running Win 10 Pro 22H2 Build 19045.3324.

Am thankful for any and all ideas/advice on how to successfully install KB5030211.

Whew - that took some serious time and effort.

Tried everything I could find to fix this KB5030211 update problem!! And after trying many numerous fixes with more than 25 restarts I finally tried How to Fix Windows 10 with a 30-Minute Repair Install - and it worked!!

The instructions are very good. It took less than 10 mins to download the Windows 22H2 ISO and then over 30 mins or so for it to run. (Make sure to select "keep my files and apps" which I did and all my files and apps were carried over.) After the ISO 'repair' finished (including several reboots) it then req'd several new updates, including the KB5030211 update.
I waited with baited breath while the new updates (especially KB5030211) were installed and lo and behold the KB5030211 successfully installed.

Now my PC is up-to-date - finally. Thanks Tom et al.

You can mark this problem solved.
