I moved your thread here because no one is answering you and I really think the thread is in the wrong place and only WU experts are allowed to respond to threads where you put it in Windows Update Forum.
If I read your thread correctly it sounds like you are trying to update Wiondows 8.1 or 7 to Windows 10 but have you used the Media Creator DVD to clean install Windows 10?

SetupDiag is a free diagnostic tool by Microsoft that is designed to find and parse Windows 10 setup log files to determine why an upgrade or update failed to install on a computer system.

SetupDiag works only on devices running Windows 10. The second requirement is that it depends on the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 which needs to be installed on the device it is run on.

If you run SetupDiag without parameters, it attempts to locate log files that Windows 10 creates during the upgrade process in the default folders on the device.

The program creates a results.log file in its directory when it completes the scan which includes upgrade issues that it detected in the log files during parsing.

SetupDiag creates a zip archive of all log files that it processed on top of that which it saves as Logs.zip in the same directory as well.

Error code: 0x80070570 = The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.

If the important computer files are backed up this is one upgrade option:

Clean Install Windows 10 Directly without having to Upgrade First

Personally, if I am faced with having to do a clean install on a Win7/8/8.1 machine that won't upgrade, I find it far easier to use Belarc Advisor (or a similar utility of your choosing) to extract the Windows product key for the current installation, copy it, and simply supply it during the clean install.

It's just easier, at least to me.

Had you made a backup image before attempting the latest upgrade?
What was your backup plan?
Please post the steps that you made for others viewing this thread.

Hi, No i don't backup my previous windows but if anyone want backup can use "acronis true image" i used it before and it's good software for backup.
I just install "Belarc Advisor" tool in my windows 8.1 and then install all security updates that suggested in the results of that tool.
After i installed all security updates then i upgraded my windows 8.1 to windows 10 without any problem and now it works perfectly.

^^ This. It is expected that either Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 will be fully updated and stable prior to an in-place upgrade to Windows 10.

Then, once you have Windows 10, it is expected that it will remain fully updated in order to continue its ongoing progression through Feature Updates. And it does a very, very good job with its own "care and feeding" if one simply allows Windows Update to do its thing unimpeded.
