Windows 10 Installation Has Failed

Hi. I am trying to upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 using the Media Creation Tool. After getting to the point of downloading (and saying the PC might restart multiple times), the process does not finish and I get an error that says "Windows 10 Installation Has Failed". Would anyone be able to help me figure out how to troubleshoot this issue? I am happy to run/post any logs if you instruct me how.
