Windows 10 Insider Preview 14316 Error 0x80070057

I have tried multiple methods of fixing this error but nothing seems to work. I have followed and done all the options on the following guides:

SFC /SCANNOW Command - Run in Windows 8

Literally nothing has worked in solving this issue. I really don't want to have to reset my machine. I have included the SFCFIX.txt file and my CBS.log to see if anyone can please help me so I can update to the latest version of windows.
