Windows 10 freeze issue without BSOD

Hi!

· x64
· What was original installed OS on system? - windows 8
· Full retail version
· Age of system (hardware) - 3 years
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? 45 days. No reinstallation, upgrade


· core i5 2500k
· Asus 970 strix
· Asus P8P67 PRO
· Chieftec Smart Series GPS-600A8 600W


· System Manufacturer - own build


· Desktop

Test RAM + HDD.

If SSD instead of HDD, check SSD manufacturer's support site for firmware upgrade.

No issues with memtest and SSD firmware up to date.

Still happening though, mostly during nights when I'm not by the PC.
