Hello, this is a new install of windows 10. I am not able to install 2019-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems. I tried downloading and installing it manually but it fails as well.

SFCFix gives an error when I run it even as admin:

Just an update. Did a windows 10 'upgrade' over the current installation and now Windows is up to date. Hopefully I didn't create bigger problems by doing that. I just don't have it in me to reinstall windows and all of my stuff again.
