Windows 10 Domain user accounts (Edge web brower opens and closes-Unable to use)

Hello, I am having a problem on Windows 10 domain user accounts where I try to open Edge web browser, the window opens and closes and user's aren't able to use the browser. I am able to open and use the browser on the administrator profile. PLEASE HELP! Thank you!

Please run SFC /scannow to verify the integrity of the files.

Ran the sfc /scannow on the administrator profile and results displayed the corrupt files were found but was unable to fix some of them. I included the CBS log file and CBSpersist
