Windows 10 Boot loop: "Attempting to recover installation... undoing changes saved to your computer"

I started having this issue last night after my Netgear Powerline lost connection during a Windows 10 update. At first, I had a black screen on boot, and I figured this was because the update couldn't finish. After fixing the network issue, my computer is now stuck in a boot loop. The loop goes like this: GIGABYTE Insist on Ultra Durable logo appears, with four key options (DEL: BIOS SETUP / Q-FLASH, F9: SYSTEM INFORMATION, F12 BOOT MENU, END: Q-FLASH), if no input is selected fast enough circling dots will appear below the logo instead of the inputs, before going to a black screen and display the messages "Attempting to recover installation" and "Undoing changes saved to your computer." After this, I get a complete black screen before the loop restarts and goes through it all over and over again. I've tried all the inputs and gone through the different menus to look for a solution but I can't find anything to get Windows 10 back up. I've read numerous other forum posts about this same issue and none of those solutions worked or applied to my scenario. I've restarted multiple times to try and start a Safe Reboot but have so far failed to even get a Windows logo to pop up. If someone thinks they can help me I can gladly supply pictures of my specs and the "GIGABYTE - UEFI DualBios" menu that I can access.

Here is the system information page I can access right now, noticed my BIOS date is from way back when this PC was built... I read somewhere that setting the BIOS to default settings could fix this issue but it didn't when I tried, so maybe it's just out of date?
