Hi,
I'm currently running Windows 10 Version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1288). I've been unable to perform any updates to windows 10, and when I try to install the windows 11 update I get a similar failed message (0x800700c1).
When I run SFC /Scannow I receive the following message
Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.
Similarly when I run Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth I receive:
[===========================84.9%================= ]
[==========================100.0%==========================]
Error: 0x800f081f
The source files could not be found.
Use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature. For more information on specifying a source location, see Configure a Windows Repair Source.
The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log
I followed the steps outlined in the thread and am hoping someone could help me solve this
Thank you!
