[SOLVED] Windows 10 (22H2) KB5037768 fails 0x800f0989

Would love some help with this error message. KB5037768 keeps failing with error code 0x800f0989.

I ran the sfc /scannow. Fixes were applied. Rebooted and ran again, it came back clean.
Updates still failed.
Ran dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth. Rebooted.
Updates still failed.

Attached my CBS.log

I looked at the sticky for the steps to follow with the SURT tool, but I can't find the version for Windows 10.

SFCFix and save it to your desktop.

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.
  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
  • Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Afterwards reboot the system and attempt to update if it fails attach a new copy of the CBS logs.
