[SOLVED] Windows 10 20H2 stuck on multiple updates

I am running Windows 10 20H2. I've encountered issues updating 2 different Windows Updates, listed below with the error codes they give me.
update KB5011543 fails with error code 0x8007000d
update KB5011487 fails with error code 0x8007000d

I have already tried the following (prior to finding this forum), none of which helped:
  • booting in Safe Mode with Networking
  • Windows Update Troubleshooter (found errors but did not fix them)
  • manually installing both updates from Microsoft Catalogue
  • running Windows Memory Diagnostics (no issues found)
Just tonight I've run through all the instructed steps before posting here with the following results seen below.

Step 2 SFC scan did not find any integrity violations.
Step 3 SURT/DISM scans showed the following error code:
"Error: 0x800f081f

The source files could not be found.
Use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature. For more information on specifying a source location, see Configure a Windows Repair Source.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log"

Step 4 Using SFCFix tool came up with no corruptions being detected on this computer.

While looking up fixes for this, I learned that I should be able to get an update to 21H1 and then to 21H2 soon. However I have yet to see any updates available for these upgrades, and on trying the Windows Upgrade Assistant it said I was eligible but rebooted with a blue screen error of 'kernel security check failure'. I also tried the Windows Media Creation Tool which instead gave a reboot-blue-screen-error regarding a 'cache manager error'.

I'm assuming it's likely the stuck updates for 20H2 are stopping me from upgrading to the newer versions of Win10, either way I need to get these stuck updates sorted out. I've included a link to my CBS zip file (as it's over 7MB), a zip of my DISM log file, and the SFCFix log file. Any help at all is greatly appreciated.

Could you please navigate to the following directory and then zip up any dump files:

Code:
%systemroot%\Minidump

Code:

Okay, zipped the minidump files and used the script.

Could you please attach the dump files to your next post and then run the following command from an elevated command prompt:

Code:
sfc /scannow

If it fails, then please provide your CBS log as before.

Could you please try Windows Update again and I'll have a look at your dump files.

Your bugchecks seem most likely due to some problematic driver, once Windows Update is working again then we can investigate the issue, unless you haven't had any since then?

Okay, checking for updates now the previous uninstalled ones (KB5011543 and KB5011487) are gone, and do not show as successfully installed in the history. However the only update available now is Feature Update to Windows 10, Version 21H2. This update tried to install but gave the following error:
Code:
Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x8007000d)
