Windows 10 2004 Not Updating

Hello

Had a motherboard fail, swapped to a new B5460M DDR4 & i5-11500. Windows 10 was activated with a key.
Updating is not working.

2021-06 KB5003637 gives an error 0x80073712
2021-05 is installed (Prerequisite)

SFC says "errors found that it cant fix".

SFCFix version 3.0.2.1 by niemiro has encountered an unhandled exception.

Dism says the component store is repairable. RestoreHealth gives a "source cant be found". It runs through 2 progress lines, the top stops at 84.9%, the 2nd line runs through to 100%

I've done a Tweaking.com general repair - no good. Enabled administrator & tried - no good.

Hello,
I ended up downloading a Windows 10 21H1 ISO, extracting it, and running its setup in my existing Windows to do an in place upgrade.

All good now.
