Hi guys,
after a few days and almost getting crazy, I've decided to seek some help here as I found a lot of solved promising threads (by zcomputerwiz) with similiar issues.
e.g. https://www.sysnative.com/forums/windows-update/25852-windows-update-issue-1709-1803-a.html
My PC stucks at upgrade to 1803 with error code 0x800700C1 (Panther Logfile)
Operation failed: Process Drivers for Migration. Error: 0x800700C1[gle=0x000000b7]
Before I've read the log I've already tried all the "common" steps to solve update issues:
- Delete Software Distribution (Windows Update) Folder
- Install the upgrade via Windows Update Assitant
- Dism /online /get-drivers (fails with exit code 193)
- DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth (hangs at 80% since hours)
Additionally I've already let run the sfc /scannow and it found some broken files that could not be fixed.
When using SFCFIX it fails and exits with error message "something went horribly wrong".
CBS and Panther Logs are attached, I guess probably I need a customized SFCFIX.zip for the SFCFIX tool,
but to create this my knowledge is not deep enough - would be grateful for your help.
