[Win7Ult x86] WU Error 9C57 on update to IE11

Hi, my windows update keep getting this error 9C57 during my updates to IE11. I have all the prerequiste files for the IE11 , but it still won't work.

I have download the windows update troubleshoot, and i manage to get this report. Hope you can help to resolve my windows updates
