[Win7SP1Professional] updates Failing, sfc cannot fix

Hi there, really hope you guys can help me.

I have a Windows 7 Pro machine that is failing to apply updates

So far I have
- run the sfc /scannow command which finds corruption but is unable to fix.
- I have run Checkdisk which has fixed errors but sfc still fails.
- I have run SFCfix.exe and post the results below:
