Hi there, I've read a few threads with similar issues, but as you all state, your fixes are for individual users! Man do you all do great work!
On to my issue! I've been having issues with my Radeon 6870 and it's drivers, I've tried to flash the BIOS with the manufacturers updater and had to recover it via USB boot to Win98/DOS then reflash it. This will be my last ATI/AMD card as this isn't the first one I've had problems with drivers.
I have already ran SFCfix after making a system backup but it failed on 27 items. Here's the log.

I have used Display Driver Uninstaller and removed all related video drivers/tweak tools etc. I have used an uninstall tool to remove NT Frameworks as to start from scratch as well.
I then ran the Check SUR. Here is the log
