[Win7Pro x86] Can't Install Windows Update KB4012215

Hello, I try to uninstall update KB4012215 on my computer, im running windows 7 professional 32 bit, but the update said " the update is not applicable to your computer", i already try run sfc/scannow, try to ask another forums but didn't get the fix


Any help on this would be much appreciated!
