[Win7] Unable to complete updates, Error 800736B3

Hi,

Keep receiving an error 800736B3 when running windows update. I have ran sfc/scannow and I also did the system readiness tool. Neither process solved the issue. I have attached the error screen and the CBS log screenshot. For some reason I am not able to upload the zipped CBS folder.

Please upload the zipped CBS folder to SendSpace and then just provide the link to download in your next reply.
