Good morning -

I have been trying to update a new laptop, but it has been stumbling over KB4013429. I have attempted to run Windows Update, and have also downloaded the MSU file manually. i ran 'SFC /scannow', but no errors were detected (Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations). I also ran the SFCFix utility, but it didn't find any corruption either. I've attached the CBS.zip file, as well as the WindowsUpdate file generated by PS. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
