Connecting Print Management from a different PC to this server allows expected access to printer properties, so I don't think the printers or drivers themselves are the issue. No event viewer log entries appear to generate from this issue. I have run Dism successfully and SFC scannow with no change in symptoms. Googling this brings up lots of "How to" type items, but I was not able to find anything similar to what I am seeing.
Printing activity from the desktops that connect to the printer shares appears to be functioning properly, and users to have access to printer properties in their local instance.
I am seeing a Buffer Overflow in ProcMon for the MMC, but don't really know what I am looking for there.
I have removed, rebooted, and re-added the Print Server Role to no effect.
Looking for advice on next steps.
