I have been troubleshooting for my window update error for 2 days. But I still fail to solve the problems.
I cannot install 2 updates altogether.
1st is definition update in Windows Defender Antivirus (KB915597). Error code 8050800C comes out when i try to install this update <-- this problem lasts for 2 days
2nd is monthly rollup (KB4467107). Error code 8000FFFF comes out when i try to install this update <-- this problem appears today
i checked "sfc /scannow" in cmd and I found no errors in the result.
My desktop's system language is in 100% Chinese (isn't English anyway).
So, how can I fix the 2 problems?
Please kindly let me know if more information/logs are needed.
