[SOLVED] Win 7 SP1 x64 problem with update - store corruption - i am missing packages from KB that is not applicable for my system

Hi,
I've tried using SFC - fails to repair.
Tried SURT, windows troubleshooter - no luck for this one.
DISM aint working on 7 apparently.

Both CheckSur and CBS state the following:
Checksur.log:

Unavailable repair files:
servicing\packages\Package_423_for_KB4015549~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.3.mum
servicing\packages\Package_423_for_KB4015549~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.3.cat

CBS.log:

Mark store corruption flag because of package: Package_423_for_KB4015549~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.3. [HRESULT = 0x800f0900

Which drives me insane as if i try to actually download and install this KB straight from MS update catalog it says its not applicable for my system (

)

What more I tried to upgrade to win 10 hoping it will go through but it reverts the changes and marks this in cbs log as the problem (guess it wont go on with win 10 upgrade with corrupted store).

Attached CBS log although you might want to reffer mostly to 08/01 dates as there might be old stuff there. At the moment Windows Update is not showing any major/important updates to be installed.

Please do the following:

SFCFix Script

Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop.
Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
Save any open documents and close all open windows.
On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
SFCFix will now process the script.
Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please - put [CODE][/CODE] tags around the log to break up the text.

Afterwards, run SURT again and attach CheckSUR.log.

I forgot to mention I've tried to download this KB and I've put it in /packages in checksur files as per MS site but that did not helped.

seems like it took advantage of that .msi files i've copied over and did the thing ?
SURT is running in the background (I think so). My question is as internet doesn't seem to answer this question in "anti-dumb" way is whether re-running KB 947821 .MSI file is the only way o re runt SURT ? Am I getting this right or can I launch it on premis via cmd/powershell command or shortcut/whatever?

When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each

sfc /scannow

Wait for this to finish before you continue

copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
This will create a file, cbs.txt on your Desktop. Please attach this to your next post.

If it comes up clean, go ahead and retry the upgrade to Windows 10.

SFC re-run - found something & fixed + asked for reboot.
Reebooted, re-run of SFC - no issues found.

CBS ends with repair completed & sfc is not finding any new problems so I'll try to upgrade to win 10 now. Will update you soon.

I have a question though

Is there other way to re-run SURT instead of "double click on KB 947821" ?

If for .mum&/cat files i found some MS articles where to put em and how to try to replace them that for fixing netutils.dll i can't - do you know some MS article i could read about it - out of curiosity :)

Win10 failed when tried to install all the stuff via internet.
Now:
I've used bootable pendrive now with latest build created with Media Creation Tools, cleared hidden WindowsBT folder off C: drive + renamed SoftwareDistribution &catroot2 folders.
Running the upgrade without internet and choosing for stuff to be downloaded later.

Went till the end at last.
Upgraded to Win 10, hopefully it will patch with no issues.
