Win 7 only safe boot

Hello, my win 7 (Dual boot with XP does not work properly, safe mode is somehow ok, but classes takes a long time to start. Normal Windows 7 does not work, no system restore nor win auto repair tools work. It s a Dell precision 490 t, 2 Processors, 16 GB Ram. I tried sfct, and this is the last log. Can anyone help?
