Win 7 errors event ID:3006, 3007, 10021. Please help!

I get these errors every time my PC boots. I did a clean install of Win7 2 days ago because i had the same errors pop up ,plus my PC tended to crash when i was watching vids on Youtube , watching videos on VLC.
Furthermore , when i was trying to launch Dota 2 it always crashed , but when i was playing Skyrim on high settings it worked just fine.Im saying this cause i dont think my graphics card is faulty. These crashes occur after the clean install too.

These problems have been dragging me for sooo long ,plus the answers on similar problems on Microsoft support were a dead end. Any help is greatly appreciated !

PS:If you would like me to post a log of some sort please tell me how.

Things that might be useful and couldnt make it in time to edit the original thread :

Event 3006erformance monitoring cannot be initialized for the gatherer service, because the counters are not loaded or the shared memory object cannot be opened. This only affects availability of the perfmon counters. Restart the computer.
Event 3007: Performance monitoring cannot be initialized for the gatherer object, because the counters are not loaded or the shared memory object cannot be opened. This only affects availability of the perfmon counters. Restart the computer.
Context: Application, SystemIndex Catalog

Event 10021: Could not get performance counter registry info for WSearchIdxPi for instance due to the following error: The operation completed successfully. 0x0.

I have used the lodctr /R command on an elevated command prompt ,as many instructed , but nothing worked.
