[SOLVED] Win 2012R2 Error 800F0831 installing KB448700

Hello!

I trying

sfc /scannow
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
SFCFix.exe

but error againing...

Also:
FRST Registry Search

Click your Start button and choose Control Panel.
In the upper right corner ensure the View by: is set to Category.
Select the Programs group.
Click the Turn Windows features on or off link. This will bring up the Windows Features dialog. Wait until this dialog populates with information. If this does not happen for some reason, please continue with the steps anyway.

Note: This loads your components hive which is what we want. Please keep this dialog open while you perform the remaining steps.
5. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the 64-bit Version so please ensure you download that one.

Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
Copy and paste KB448700 into the Search box and click the Search Registry button.

Hi, Welcome to Sysnative.

You didn't provide the results and logs from steps 1, 2 and 3 so I need the following:

Export the CBS folder

Open the folder C:\Windows\Logs
Right-click on the CBS folder, and select Copy
Go back to your Desktop, right-click on it, and select Paste. You should now see a copy of the CBS folder appear on your Desktop called CBS
Right-click on this new folder, and navigate through Send to, and select Compressed (zipped) folder
A new file, also called CBS (CBS.zip), but this time with a different icon, will be created
If zip file is too large to upload to the forum please share the file using a service like Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive or upload to SendSpace and just provide the link for the file here.

Please don't follow instructions posted for other users.

Install Update using Dism

Please download KB4471322 http://download.windowsupdate.com/d..._ab60b543993455e6e7eec97df4aeef49f27f06ac.msu save the file to c:\windows\temp
change the name of the update file to a smaller name windows8.1-KB4471322-x64.msu
(keep the extension .msu in the end of the file name in case its visible if not ignore that)
open the Command Prompt as Administrator (Tutorial)
type or Copy & Paste the following commands line by line:

cd /d c:\windows\temp
expand windows8.1-KB4471322-x64.msu -f:* C:\windows\temp
DISM.exe /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\windows\temp\windows8.1-KB4471322-x64.cab
You should receive the message:
The operation completed successfully.
Restart Windows to complete this operation.
Do you want to restart the computer now (Y/N)?
Make sure to allow the computer to restart if prompted.

If you receive any other message:
Right-click on the Command Prompt window and click Select All, this will invert all of the colours by selecting the text, now press enter. All of this text is now copied.
Paste (Ctrl+V) it into your next post please.

Hi. I have a command line in another language, so I will not copy it, because you will not understand.
In short - after unpacking 99.7% = ERROR 0x800f0831. DISM Error. (I have w8.1 x64)
