Win 11 won't update to 24h2 - Error: 0x800f081f in DISM

Hi there,


Just having an issue where I can't upgrade to the 24h2 cumulative update. It will just hang at the update screen, and eventually shut down. I followed the 5 steps in the posting instructions, and when I ran DISM, I got Error: 0x800f081f. I also tried running DISM pointing it to install.wim of a win 11 iso, but it didn't work either.
