Why are videos buffering?

I'm watching a training video that is constantly buffering. Two other co-workers are watching the same videos without any buffering. They have newer machines running Windows 11, but they're on the same wireless network. I have this processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.71 GHz with 16 GB of memory. Here is display information.

I'm using Chrome browser. Are there any changes I can make in the settings to prevent buffering? For what it's worth, YouTube videos don't buffer. Only from this one website.

How close to the wireless router are you? How close are they?

Does yours still buffer even when they are not watching the video?

Only from this one website.
That website could have limited bandwidth. YouTube has many servers across the world and you are likely pulling from one that's closer to you than the website.

We use the wireless pod system and I'm about 10 feet from a pod. So in fact I'm closer to a pod than the other employees are.

Yes.

I think you're on to something here. The training videos are from a small company. Also, I'm using an aging HP ProBook and my coworkers are each using a nearly new Dell Latitude. Could that be the determining factor?
