There already is an adaptor on the back of that thing. Remove that first. Hopefully there's a standard IDE (PATA) connector. Then look for an IDE to SATA adaptor similar to
this.
The problem is, while it appears to be a standard Hitachi drive, Dell was notorious for using proprietary parts.
So yeah, a shop may be able to help.
