Weird issue with 2019 server - SFC comes to 100% with error, SFC fix crashes "terribly"

I have a *very* weird 2019 server installation.

The server has a letwork interface card with two ports, and on one I can't get it to communicate for the love of god. On the other it worked, but the other day Internet stopped working and I needed to remove additional gateway that was created on top of the one I already set. (0.0.0.0)

Then I tried SFC /scannow, but it didn't work.

After that I run these in succession:

0.sfc /scannow (failed)
1. dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
2. dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
3. dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
4. mount extraced install win server 2016 iso
5. dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth /source:WIM:\sources\install.wim:1 \limitaccess
6. sfc / scannow verify

Now SFC goes to 100%, but it still says it has some errors. I thought it would be prudent to fix them, so I tried SFCFIX, but it failed horribly.

I have DISM logs, but ComponentScanner is stuck at Checking WinSxS catalogs against CanonicalData\Catalogs for hours now?

Should I upload logs only? A fix for Scanner?
