Hey I have problems with Windows Update and any update fails so I used Windows Update Assistant but it also gave an error. Then I tried to do A repair install but it says:
"0x8007042B - 0x2000D The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during the MIGRATE_DATA OPERATION."
I ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth but it gave:
"Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.17134.1
Image Version: 10.0.17134.81
[== 4.5% ]
Error: 1009
The configuration registry database is corrupt.
The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log"
Then I ran sfc /scannow, it gave:
"Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.
Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation."
I went to dism.log and found these errors which were logged:

AND to mention I tried windows troubleshooter which claimed to rebuild update database but I still have these errors. I tried Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth /English, this is what it gave:

No component store corruption detected.
The operation completed successfully."
I also tried Reset Windows Update Tool. I tried many options but when I tried option number 9, It gave the same corrupted database error. It also left a dism.log, this is what it said:

This thread has a similar error and it is [SOLVED]: "
[SOLVED] - "The configuration registry database is corrupt."" Hence, why I decided register to make my own thread.
full dism.log is attached btw.(dism-old.log) is basically the old log. It was when my updates could be installed without error.
