[SOLVED] W7 Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them

Hi,
I got random bsod and sometimes windows just freeze so I had to hard restart because mouse or ctrl+alt+del won't respond.
Running sfc /scannow it says that "Verification 100% complete" but at the end of command line I see these messages "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log"
As far as I remember I think the problem begin since I try to fix AHCI driver installation error...

I really appreciate if someone could help me out

Update:
Problem solved with repair installation of windows
Status after sfc /scannow:
Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
