System will hang at downloading 4507459 at about 90%.

sfc /scannow will complete with notifications that the were unrepairable corruptions found. (screenshot attached)

dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth also reports some issues. (screenshot attached)
I am not a dism guru so I suspect this server may be repairable but will need some assistance on the correct way to point it to the source files etc.
This is a production server so I will need to know what, if anything, is disruptive. Please keep that in mind as instructions are given.

The sfcfix tool crashes as well with the following in the log file.

CBS logs located here.

Quick update: We were unable to make an attempt to install that KB yesterday. We have scheduled that work to be done on Thursday during our normal maintenance window. FYI.

Quick update - that patch you provided was installed last night without issue. However, on the subsequent reboot it took what I'm told was a very long time to complete and successfully boot into the OS. (I'm not the guy patching this server so I'm being told this in response to the questions I'm asking.) He said after it came back up he checked to see if there were any updates to install and there were none but he rebooted a second time just to see if the long boot time was a one-off. He reported that the server again went through the motions reporting it was installing updates and took 30-45 minutes to fully boot.

So I don't know what's up with that or even where to begin on changing that behavior so any feedback you have is greatly appreciated.

Can you please try rebooting one or two more times? Some updates can require several restarts to apply and it is not uncommon to take an hour on more on Server 2016.
