Hi, my computer has been unable to start every time I power it off with the power button because it freezes very often, it just goes to the starting windows but the four colors won’t come together (windows 7) and it just gives me a black screen that the file volsnap.sys is missing and that windows is unable to start without this file and then it just keeps looping and looping in this fashion. This fiasco only happens when I use the power button to shut down when it’s frozen. Before this the problem was with the driver “windows failed to load because a critical system driver is missing” but when the computer did start I copied and replaced the volsnap.sys driver with a new one, but now it says the file is missing now and not the driver, the image I attached was how the screen looked before but now it says that volsnap.sys is missing and does not list the location of where it is missing like it did before. I really want this computer to work well, please help I’ll be very thankful.
