Of late, the windows7 pc would suddenly go blank and it will reboot with normal windows start. On resuming,i get windows have recovered from serious error. check for online solution. when you click ,it just closes. So I thought of downloading who crashed it to find the cause of bsod. the main cause is said to be video tdr error. i have geforce nvidia video card and updated driver from the nvidia website and it is the latest video driver for my card. I do not know, how to update the dirver to avoid this error. this is the video card driver i attached to the mother board and it was working smoothly.ran the sfc scan and no integrity violation was found. I think that this is the opt forum to get the solution. please give solution as i do not know, when the pc would be suddenly become blank and on reboot recovery message is shown. No bsod is shown, but captured by who crashed it. I have the nvidia driver version 342.01 which is the latest. if it has bugs , there is no future release. how i could download bugless previous version for my geforce 210card or please

Could you provide Speccy data as well, per the instructions.

I see little information about the motherboard in the logs, which is unusual. Speccy should help provide more insight on the missing hardware data.

Also, is this a custom build computer?

when i click the speccy link, it goes to one drive , with something went wrong message. i am having win 7 x64 bit

Hi,this is zebronics mother board called zeb33, and I am using it. It contains intel hardware parts ,custom build pc.

Then there's a problem, I see that your license is a OEM SLP key. That's a System Locked Pre-installation key, i.e. a license that cannot be transferred and comes with preinstalled Windows on a laptop for example.

You have an illegally activated Windows and Sysnative does not support this, if you want to receive support please make sure you install Windows with a genuine license.
