Hi everybody!
I have some problems with video/audio/mouse stuttering and according to LatencyMon even DPC/ISR routines problem too.
It seems that I'mhaving trouble handling real-time audio and other tasks. When I play music or videos (especially on a web browser), it's like the mouse starts "stuttering" and yesterday for a while the audio started doing so (this problem has been resolved shutting down and then powering on my laptop). This "stuttering" behavior is getting worse once I unplug my laptop and I set the battery on "Power Saving Mode: optimised battery" (this is the best translation I can write since I'm not using Windows 10 in English language. Just to make things clearer it's the first option from the left while scrolling the bar).
The major issue I'm facing is that my laptop needs ages to shut down. After shutting down, the screen turns black and the power button stays on for a long time, even 10 minutes, then the laptop shuts down.
1. Windows 10
2. 64bit
3. Windows 10 is on my laptop since always, any other OS has been installed
4. I think it's an OEM version because it came pre-installed on my laptop
5. Hardware is about 2.5 years old
6. Windows 10 has been installed on the last days of August 2019
7. Actually I can't remember if I have re-installed the OS, maybe on January 2020 I re-installed the OS without deleting my files using Media Creation Tool

12. My laptop has 2 RAM slots, I'm using just one right now and it's a Kingston one, HP26D4S9S8ME DDR4-2667

14.Never heard of Driver Verifier and after googling on official Microsoft pages, I don't think it's been enabled on my laptop
15. Kaspersky Internest Security 2021
16. No VPNs or proxies. I used NordVPN in the past but currently the app is not installed anymore on my laptop
17. I do not use any Disk Image tools
18. I'm not currently under/overclocking
