Hi...my laptop has two USB ports, but one is broken, so I use a USB hub in the other good USB port. In that USB hub, I use a mouse and keyboard. Suddenly, that USB port doesn't detect the mouse and the keyboard (even with the light of the hub is on), and the only solution that I found is restarting the laptop. But just some minutes and the keyboard and mouse goes undetected again.

That sounds like either the USB port or USB hub is starting to fail. To first eliminate a possible driver issue, did you try the steps provided in USB Driver Reset and USB Ports Power State Reset ?
Can the external USB hub also be powered by AC adapter? If yes, have you already powered this ext USB hub? If not, try powering it.
Let us know how things go :) I mention this AC-powering because my home laptop's ext USB hub, into which my ext mouse is plugged, is AC-powered.
